Service

Nagame provides an OpenAI-compatible API for model inference, including streaming chat completions and tool calling where supported. Features, models, limits, and interfaces may change as the service develops.

Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation and that "you" includes it. Additional mandatory protections may apply to consumers.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. You must not:

• use the service to violate law, facilitate fraud, abuse, or infringement, or create or distribute unlawful content;
• attempt unauthorised access, evade safeguards or rate limits, disrupt the service, or probe it without written permission;
• introduce malicious code or use output to misrepresent its origin in a deceptive manner; or
• submit data you lack the right or authority to process.

API credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for activity under them. Do not publish, share, or embed secret credentials in client-side applications. Notify Nagame promptly if credentials may be compromised.

Inference content and usage records

Nagame processes inference inputs and outputs transiently to provide the service but does not store or retain that content after delivering the response. This includes prompts, messages, supplied files, tool data, and model completions. Nagame does retain non-content usage records needed to operate accounts and calculate charges, including request and account identifiers, model, timestamps, response status, input and output token counts, and cost. These usage records do not contain inference input or output content.

Model outputs

Model outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on or distributing them. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person, or as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Availability and limits

The service may be changed, interrupted, maintained, or withdrawn. Capacity and rate limits may apply. Under saturation, the service may return HTTP 429 responses rather than queue requests for an extended period. No uptime, latency, throughput, or service-level guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Pricing and payment

Current model rates are shown in the authenticated account portal. One credit represents $0.01 of model usage. Prepaid purchases default to $10 and may be increased in whole-cent amounts, subject to a $10 minimum and payment-provider limits. Each $1 purchased grants 100 credits. Applicable taxes are calculated at Checkout from the billing location, tax status, and other information provided. You are responsible for charges validly incurred through your credentials.

Prepaid credits

Purchased credits are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the Nagame service, and do not expire under the current offer. They are consumed according to the model rate effective when usage occurs. Nagame may change rates prospectively; the current rates are displayed before use. Credits are not a bank account, electronic-money account, or general-purpose payment instrument.

Refunds and disputes

Refund requests may be submitted through the contact section. Refund availability is subject to these terms and mandatory law. An approved partial refund removes credits proportionally; a full refund removes the full corresponding grant. A payment dispute may temporarily remove the associated credits while it is resolved. If refunded or disputed credits have already been consumed, the account may show a negative balance and access may be suspended until that balance is resolved. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory statutory remedy.

Consumer withdrawal

If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw, including an eligible European Economic Area consumer, you may notify Nagame within the applicable withdrawal period using the contact section. By requesting immediate access to credits at Checkout, you ask Nagame to begin performance before that period ends. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for service supplied before withdrawal, and the right may end after full performance with the legally required consent and acknowledgement. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Intellectual property

Nagame and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Nagame only the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, and support the service. Rights in model outputs may depend on applicable law and third-party rights; no exclusive ownership is promised.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any lawful basis required for personal data you submit.

Suspension and termination

Nagame may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Where practicable, Nagame will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, Nagame is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any further limitation must be agreed through the applicable purchasing channel or a separate written agreement.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes. Nagame may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes; the effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated appropriately.
