Service

Nagame provides an OpenAI-compatible API for model inference, including streaming chat completions and tool calling where supported. Features, models, limits, and interfaces may change as the service develops.

Eligibility and authority

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation and that "you" includes it. Additional mandatory protections may apply to consumers.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. You must not:

• use the service to violate law, facilitate fraud, abuse, or infringement, or create or distribute unlawful content;
• attempt unauthorised access, evade safeguards or rate limits, disrupt the service, or probe it without written permission;
• introduce malicious code or use output to misrepresent its origin in a deceptive manner; or
• submit data you lack the right or authority to process.

API credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for activity under them. Do not publish, share, or embed secret credentials in client-side applications. Notify Nagame promptly if credentials may be compromised.

Model outputs

Model outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on or distributing them. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person, or as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Availability and limits

The service may be changed, interrupted, maintained, or withdrawn. Capacity and rate limits may apply. Under saturation, the service may return HTTP 429 responses rather than queue requests for an extended period. No uptime, latency, throughput, or service-level guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Pricing and payment

Any applicable prices, taxes, usage measurements, payment terms, and marketplace terms will be presented through the channel by which access is purchased or in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for charges validly incurred through your credentials.

Intellectual property

Nagame and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Nagame only the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, and support the service. Rights in model outputs may depend on applicable law and third-party rights; no exclusive ownership is promised.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any lawful basis required for personal data you submit.

Suspension and termination

Nagame may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Where practicable, Nagame will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, Nagame is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any further limitation must be agreed through the applicable purchasing channel or a separate written agreement.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes. Nagame may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes; the effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated appropriately.
